1. Locate the Tmax Controller under checkin desk.
2. Disconnect the power cord and wait 10-15 seconds.
3. After reconnecting the power cable, wait 15 - 30 seconds for lights 1 and 2 to come back on as green. (NOTE: If either lights for bed 1 or 2 do not come on, disconnect/ reconnect the black rj45 cable on the back left of the Tmax controller.)
4. After both lights, for bed 1 and 2 have come back on, make sure that both beds are set to "ready status" in PAC sun station. If both beds are set to a ready state, record a session to make sure the beds properly turn on. If either of the beds are not set to a ready status, please follow steps 5 and 6.
5. If one or both beds are still showing as inactive, locate the green in-service check mark in the top left of sun station.
6. Click on the bed showing as inactive and click the in-service button. The bed will now be set to a ready state.
