Common issues and basic steps for troubleshooting tunity TV app.


  • Make sure the entire TV is inside the frame and centered
  • Make sure you are not too far away from the TV
  • Make sure you are standing directly in front of the tv and not at an angle
  • Make sure to hold the phone steady until it is finished scanning
  • Make sure the channel is among the list of supported channels
  • If there is a commercial break, try scanning when the normal broadcast returns
  • If gray box says "align TV to frame," make sure the TV is centered in the scanning box until it turns blue and says "ready."
  • Clearing app cache in settings.
  • Uninstalling/ Reinstalling app
