If you are experiencing issues with your Samsung TVs not working properly or turning off randomly, please follow the steps below.


Note: The location of some settings may vary depending on TV model.


1. Turn OFF all ECO settings. 

Go to settings --> Find the settings with Eco Solution --> Make sure all Eco settings are turned OFF. If it gives you an         option to adjust the time to turn off when no input is found, change it to 60 minutes or OFF. 



2. Connect to the CORPORATE WIFI

Go to settings --> Network settings --> Open network settings --> Select Vasa Fitness Corporate & enter the password


3. Turn ON Auto Update and update the TV.

Go to settings --> Support --> Software update --> Turn Auto Update to ON --> Update now --> After TV scans for updates, select Yes to agree to the most recent software update.
