PT workouts can be synced in Strength Portal so they can be seen by members in their app. If the members have the PT Portal in their menu but the workouts are missing, please make sure they are synced in Strength Portal (refer to image below)





If they are synced and still not showing in the app, please reach out to matt@strengthportal.com for assistance. 


If the PT Portal is missing completely from their menu list, see troubleshooting steps below.


Android: Please go to the phone settings -> Apps -> VASA Fitness App -> Storage and select the clear data option and sign back in.

Apple: Please sign out, hard close your app, then go to your iPhone settings --> Vasa app--> turn off auto log in. Then reopen the app and sign back in.
